I vary what i do, my aim is to do a weights class twice a week, and on the other days i like to run or cycle. It keeps it interesting. I'm considering throwing in some work on the rowing machines but i keep forgetting once im actually there! My work outs usually last 45mins not including cool down time, and the classes are usually 50mins including warm up and cool down
