I started WW at work two Thursdays ago. I got so depressed the third day of keeping track of my points, I stopped trying. I went ahead and weighed in on Thursday and to my surprise I lost .8 pounds! I couldn't believe it. Just being accountable did keep me making different choices. This week I will write down all the food I eat and face it. Maybe I'll loose more, but half my battle is just knowing what I've eaten.
Good job. And while it can get depressing writing down what you eat and what you shouldn't have eaten, you're on the right track to achieving your goal.
