We are definitely imperfect beings. How else did we end up where we are? So there are lots of attitude adjustments, life changes, and growth to be done. "We gots lotsa fixin' to do." Now, with all those things to be changed and all those pounds to lose... its easy to focus solely on what is wrong with us- and that easily becomes a negative energy in our lives. So this is an exercise is what is right with us. What about you makes you capable of success? What have you already accomplished? Finding it in you to acknowledge your strengths is just as important as identifying your weaknesses.
*I lost 60lbs, and even though I've slipped, I can do it again.
*I'm stubborn
*I'm physically strong
*I have the ability to inspire others and motivate
*Resilience. I get back up, so no set back can really hold me back.
*I can push it.
Because of these things... I am unstoppable.
