  • Sorry it's up so late...I had a busy weekend throwing an 80th birthday party for DH's Grandpa. Anyway...let's get back in the game & focus! My weekend was a bomb, but I had already known it was gonna be.

    You know the drill... Post your plan for the week & then come back & update us on how you did.

    My plan: 1300-1700 calories, 64oz of water, & gym & 30DS

    Monday: 1393 calories, 104oz of water, no exercise
    Tuesday: 1500 calories, 88oz of water, no exercise

    my plan: 97oz of water/day; detox days 1-5; firm dvd's c25k and cardio everyday!

    Stay around 1400 cal, 64 oz water, and make it to the gym at least 3 days

    Monday: 1596 cal, over 64oz of water. No exercise
    Tuesday: 40 mins cardio, 1350 cal, 80 oz water
    Wednesday: 80oz water, 1100 cal, 25 min strength on wii fit

  • OK, my weekend sucked too. Not bad in the food department (except for those darn girl scout cookies) but I didn't exercise once.

    My plan: 64 ounces of water At least 3 days of exercise 1400-1600 Cals 20g of fiber

    Monday: 1510 Calories, Over 64 oz of water already, 55 Min of Turbo Jam 504 Cals Burned, 21g of fiber

    Tuesday: ? Cals (I'd guess about 1650-1700) , Over 100 ounces of water, no exercise, ? fiber (I was at 15g when I went to dinner)

  • SERIOUSLY! I planned on doing this last time and totally fell off the horse. No more excuses!

    ~1400 cals, exercise with cardio 5 days this week, strength 3x this week.

    Monday: 1250 cals, 30 minutes cardio, 35 minutes strength training DVD
    Tuesday: 1350 cals, 50 minutes cardio, 20 minutes strength DVD
    Wednesday: 1380 cals, no exercise...BOO!
    Thursday: 1220 cals, 45 minutes cardio/strength DVD

    Thursday: 1617 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 3 (45 minutes walking, 15 minutes running intervals on treadmill)
    Friday: 1451 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 4 (45 minutes on the elliptical)
  • How did my girls do today?? Not too bad myself. Stayed within my calories & drank TONS of water, but I didn't get to workout, so boo on me. BUT no reason to throw the baby out with the bath water. I've got nothing going on tomorrow so I can definitely get to the gym & do the Shred.

    ALSO, I put my scale away. I was getting too obsessive about weighing again & it's just better if I weigh once a week. Plus, when it's more rewarding to see a 2 pound loss one day than seeing 5 oz here & there.

  • I did pretty good yesterday. I didn't get any exercise in though. Well got up early this morning and made it to the gym. So today is starting out better. Hope everyone is doing well!!
  • I had a great day yesterday! Hoping to sneak some sort of exercise in tonight. Tuesdays are super busy for me.
