I have a longggg way to go, but I am so proud I am in the twos! I lost 6 pounds this week!! Amazingly! I think it is because I have stepped up my exercise, that is to say, actually doing it consistently

I know the weight won't always come off this fast (and I am cool with that) but I was amazed when I stepped on the scale today to see 6 lbs gone and myself in the twos!
