I'm new.And I decided I want to change myself

  • Hello. My name is Meda and I decided i wanted to change how I am. I never cared for weight much, although my mom kept telling me it was bad. Last week, a great guy I've been talking to on the internet for half an year asked me out on a date. And I refused him because I was afraid of what he would think of me. I told him i had some personal issues I needed to change, and he said he would wait until I was ready. I want to lose weight to stop being the fattest person in the room, and to no longer be ashamed by what other ppl say.
    I am currently 1.70 cm tall and my wheight is of 110 kg. I would like to lose weight to be around 75kgs by September.Please help me , tell me a way to keep away from sweets, and stop me from giving up every 3 days.

    I would suggest controlling what you can (exercise & healthy food) and don't worry about what you can't (scale readings). An overall lifestyle change will get you where you want to go. As far as not giving up, make sure you are eating enough. Too little food can stall weight loss. You will get some great support here. Good luck!
