  • Hey Ruth- I just posted in the weekly weigh in thread and I think its a great idea- but what if we were to make a sticky for each month like we do for the exercise thread- we could all keep up with ourselves and others that way and sign up for each month when we do the weightloss targets for the month...


    For example I posted (I weigh in on Sundays so...)
    March 1- 212.4
    March 8-211.2
    March 15-209.8
    March 22-
    March 29-

    Before that we could put "I want to lose 10lbs this month"

    That way we can see our weekly progress easier- because honestly I gained 2lbs since my last weigh in before I went on Vacation and was disappointed, but now I see I am still down almost 3lbs for the month so it made me feel better to see in in perspective like that
