That way we can see our weekly progress easier- because honestly I gained 2lbs since my last weigh in before I went on Vacation and was disappointed, but now I see I am still down almost 3lbs for the month so it made me feel better to see in in perspective like that


I was even thinking we could start that one next month if it would be easier!
