  • I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes here, but I didn't see a thread for this week.

    I'm down 10 lbs! I did change things up a bit last week, and I guess it worked!

    Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone!
  • I went up .8 pounds. I am hoping it is all attributable to TOM. We'll see what happens next week.

  • wow go girls these are some awesome weigh-ins .. I'm down 1 lb this week .. its not much but It got me down to a total of 10 lbs lost
  • I am down 3.5 this week I am VERY happy with this, it was exciting to see 255.7 this morning, not enough to move my ticker to 255, hopefully soon!

    Wow, GREAT losses this week, I am definitely jealous! 6-10 pounds in one week would be AMAZING!

  • I am down 3 pounds for a total of 17 in the past two weeks. I'm going to miss the scale moving this much when everything levels out.
  • Congrats to all the losers! I'm down 5.2lbs this week! Which is the biggest loss I've seen in quite awhile. I think I might be dehydrated due to a bad cold, but I've been chugging my water like crazy...so I don't know! And, this is my first week of losing after I went crazy off plan during a vacation at the end of February. But, I hope the loss is due to my hard work and not to some stupid cold, haha.
  • I had to WI today for a WL challenge, and I was down another .4! yay! So technically I am down 3.9! Wow, I am shocked when I see that. I haven't had a week this good!

  • I didnt do so well. I went to MD last Thurday to see my family...and lets just say they are not a good influence to a dieter or someone trying to eat healthfully or in moderation. So anyways when I got back the scale went up 3 lbs!!!


    So I got back on track starting Tuesday morning when I got back. I am back down 1lb. Im also hopeful some of it was water retention too at this particular time. Man I hope I get some major success in the next week or the doc will not be happy with me!

    Down 8lbs!!! It's mostly water but still exciting. 220s, I am close enough to taste you!


    More exciting to me is my inches lost. 7.5 inches. Mostly up on top (which is where I haven't been losing before. My butt and hips shrunk with the first 40, hopefully it's time for the top half to catch up and the belly and boobs to shrink a bit).
  • Heidi - Definitely family can derail you!! Don't worry about the doc it sounds like you're back on track - you're doing your best!

    enchanted - Wow, awesome weight loss and inch loss!! It's a great idea to keep measurements...something I need to start doing.
