can you identify what breed my dog is?

    I saved him out of the SPCA a few years ago. He was an abused dog. His owner had kicked his face in! But he's OK now.

    His name is Mugsey

    But I can't for the life of me figure out waht breed he is. He looks like he could be part pug.
