I got an email saying my ad free subscription is about to expire and that I could renew in my User CP but there is no option to do so. I then came here and found that ad free subscription renewals are not being processed will continue to their expiration but may not renew.

My question is when will this be available again as I really don't want the ads and pop-up problems and probably will have to stay away if there is no way to view it ad free. Also I wonder why I got a renewal notice if there aren't any renewals.

I'm not sure why you received the email, I guess it's auto-programmed in advance by the system. I'm sorry We're preparing for some upgrades and forum structure changes and the subscriptions are turned off for a while. We'll PM you when this changes.

In the meantime, there are no longer any popup ads on the site so hopefully that will help with any problems you had in the past.
