on the menu today...

  • ok i am a litle bit new to calorie counting but here goes

    i t may help if you check out my post on the support forum first but here goes

    breakfast- rice crispies and semi skimed milk (usualy drink 1% milk but shop had sold out)

    mid morning snack- apple

    lunch- chicken and pasta salad i felt very full after this

    dinner cod and parsly sauce brown rice carrots and green beans

    dessert low fat chocolat mouse

    i have checked food focus and i think t says i sould eat 1227 calories based on my height weight etc

    any comments welcome
