I have a Pilates Video called Target Specifics Plus... omg does it BURN. I am in healfway decent shape, and I can't even finish each segment, lol. They have a legs workout, an abs workout, a butt workout and an arms workout. That way, you can tone each area. It's really intense... but I am sure it would produce amazing results.
If you are wanting a good core and lower body workout-I highly recommend the series of dvds by Lotte Berk. It combines Pilates, ballet, and other similar types of movements. The instructors can be a bit flaky, but if you do the workouts, you get great results.
it's a great lower body workout. it's very basic, lots of reps, nothing fancy. plus, one of her helpers has a ridiculous body, so that's pretty motivating.
