This morning I woke up like any other day, weighed myself, and got the biggest suprise. 199!!!!!
I can't even believe I no longer weigh over 200lb, and vow to myself that I will never let myself get to that weight again, never in my life. I have lost a total of 75lb and really believe I can do this now. I feel better about myself right now then I have in the longest time. I haven't weighed under 200 since maybe freshmen year of highschool? and that was after a weightloss.
I know it sounds really pathetic, but it's almost like I feel a sense or "normal" about myself. Even though I know there is no such thing as a "normal" weight. Espically when I still have a long way to go.
It's just a really happy day, feels like a holiday haha. I will never forget March 11th. I just had to share with you all.
Thanks for listening and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support I have received on here. I hope to one day be able to come on here and say I have reached final goal of 125.6 Months ago I was 274, a size 24. I am now 199lb and between a 16 and 18
