bad day

  • yesterday was not good. I didn't want to do a homework assignment and my boyfriend and I were having some Spiritual issues, so I just ate to feel better and didn't exercize and then I was up until 3am. I am praying that today will be much better with exercize and healthy decisions.
  • Jooanie24: the important thing is to realize what you did and come to terms with it. We all have ups and downs and sometimes the downs last a lot longer than a day. So good job! I thing the important thing is changing behaviors and recognizing triggers which it seems like you have.
  • One of my favorite quotes is -

    "It doesn't matter how many times you fall. What matters is that you pick yourself up one more time than you fall down."

    Just keep pulling yourself back up and into good habits when you fall down.
