I've put on a pound. BUT my monthly time is starting this morning so I guess I can contribute it to that?

Its just frustrating but I know I'm doing a better job with eating. I'll just have to keep it up and wait for the scale about 5 days from now.
As a general rule I only like to weight once a week. Just getting started though and doing a really good job on eating I was hoping to validate myself with seeing a little weight drop this morning. Oh well!

My unfriendly visitor is almost here and I'm having the worst time controlling myself. I broke down and ate GS Peanut Butter Cookies last night.
