  • Here we go! Time for challenge #54!

    Everyone is welcome, hop in at any time. We're out to lose 5 pounds. No matter where you're at in your weight loss, it's helpful to break down your loss into small goals like these.

    Here's what to do:
    Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in.

    Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week.

    The first one to hit five pounds lost gets to start the next thread!

  • thanks barb great idea. I was having one of those days where i was losing motivation, thinking holy crap..."i have to lose almost 90 pounds, i'll never do it, i've been trying for years with no results".

    for some reason i saw your post and thought "hey, 5 pounds...who can't lose 5 pounds?"

    Calisa - Welcome! Glad you found us. I can't take any credit for the idea...but I'll take credit for winning the last one...which is why I got to start this one. That's the prize to the first person losing 5 pounds. Well...that along with lots of pats on the back.

    Bradley's mom - Great loss! Yay! I think Twish likely meant here SW and CW are the same today.
