I've been doing low carb for about two weeks now. I have a really neat puter program I paid 50.00 for about two years ago but have never used. I've decided it would work great for keeping up with my carbs, fats, protein etc. The problem I'm having is figuring what percent of my total calories should be what. It's preces with three pre-programed "diets" low cal, low fat and low glycemic(SP) with percentages like for the low fat it' like carbs 50% protein 30% fat 20%. It lets you put your own percentages for what you need, but I can't figure out what the percentages should be. Can anyone help me?
I have hear dthat is should be for weight lifters a 40 carb 30 pro and 30 fat but that still leaves a higher number of carbs. what is your caloric need??? if you do not know PM me with your email and I can get you set up and help you figure it out.
