Has anyone done a fitness bootcamp class? A personal trainer in my town has put together a whole program of these bootcamps for every part of the city and he's starting one out my way (the sticks) in April. The class limit is 16 women and we meet up at a nearby park. I just left a message with the contact for this class to discuss prices, etc.
If you've done one, would you recommend it? Was it worth it? Was it fun? Did you lose weight? Gain strength and endurance?
