does anyone have any ideas on how to keep snacks and dieting in general from not becoming boring and repetitive? Unfortunately I am a "grazer" I love snacking but need to figure out a way to keep it healthy. I know there are tons of 100 calorie packs now available but they are small. Im just starting out so the first step for me is eating healthy foods then I will start on portion size. I find if I try to do everything at once I get overwhelmed and just give up. So I really need snacks that I can eat a good quantity of that wont ruin the entire day. That is why I started with cucumbers and sugar snap peas.
