Hey calorie counting friends!

What nutrition data do you use for chicken breasts? I get such a wide range of numbers on TDP. If I'm eating Purdue or something I go by the packaging. My work serves 4oz grilled chicken breasts that I typically have made into a stirfry at lunch. I'm just trying to find a fair calorie count if I don't have the package data. What do you log for chicken?

I'm new to counting calories but for this tyson boneless skinless chicken I have it says 140 calories for 4 ounces. So I assume your chicken would be around 140-200 depending on what it's cooked it and what not.

plain chicken i count 140 for 4 oz
