How does this look?

  • I try to keep my calories at 1200-1500 a day. so far I am up to 910calories and the fat/protein/carbs are broken down like this.

    Fat 40.49g
    Protein 43.02g
    Carbs 94.64g

    Does this look balanced enough? I haven't had any veggies yet because I am have veggie soup for dinner.
  • I think your looking better than I am.. I have been putting my stuff on thedailyplate.com and it says I need 1256 calories a day to lose 2 pounds a week.
    I have 495 calories left for the day which is ok because I will only eat dinner ater the gym.
    Here is my breakdown so far today
    36g Fat
    207G Carbs
    33g Protien

    But what your showing me looks like your doing good for the day.
    I just started counting calories and some days I cant get to all my calories and some days I think I could go over..
