How to figure out servings

  • Hi all,
    I've looked on the forums and either I'm not looking for the right thing or no one has covered it.

    How do you take a recipe that you have from another source and figure out say how many vegetables, protein, starch, fruit? I have some weight watchers cookbooks and some low fat ones that my mom gave me years ago and I want to see if I can still use the recipes.

  • I am so glad you asked that question. I have not even tried to do that yet. My mom did LAWL about 3 years ago and she is always trying to tell me oh this is only a starch or something like that and it seems like it is nothing like my plan. So i will be interested to know how to confirgure recipes.
