I made this today but did not remove the skin. I should have but was in a hurry and cooked them with the skin. My question is how many calories are in them now?
By the way I didn't EAT the skin (eww!) but I am sure some of the fat and caloires were in the drippings it cooked in. I was thinking to log 300 calories since I ate three of them. They were small in size.
