Hello. My names Brittany, and I decided to join this site because I want motivation. I have decided a few months ago that I would lose weight the healthy way so Im here. Asking for friends so I can keep motivated. That tends to be my problem when I lose weight, I cant kept motivated cuz I lose my happiness. Anyway. If anyone sees this, please say hi. And ya. You are most welcome! I am doing good.. ready to start this new journey I am starting. I am starting everything tomorrow, so I am super excited. I will be following the MRC program for the first month solo with out being signed up do to $$, can't afford the $400 sign up right now, but several of my friends are on MRC and have kindly given me the basics to get started. I am just so ready for a better, healthier life.. I have been overweight my entire life, literally. And I am ready to be healthier, in less pain and have more get up and go! Wow. Congrats on starting what sounds like a good program. Sorry, I dont know what a MRC program is but its great that you have friends that are on it. I know what you mean. I have always been overweight. Well, I have been average when I was littler and then developed an E.D. and then recovered and got to be what I am today. So, Im in the same boat as you when you say your ready for a healthier life.
Im happy today. My wii fit told me i lost 2 lbs so im so excited. :-)
