I'm up and ready to go to the gym!

Can't leave until about 7:30 though.
Gotta let DS sleep as long as possible before he has to get up and go out with Dad to pick up other DS. If little DS doesn't get enough sleep, he's cranky for Dad. If Dad has to put up with a cranky DS, he get's cranky with me. Vicious cycle, huh? 
Lost another inch in total body measurements this week! No pounds yet. That's OK. I feel better and my back hasn't been bothering me. Well, not until yesterday when I lifted four cynder blocks into the trunk of my car. Even doing it one at a time cause a back spasm. Guess I should have asked for assistance (but it makes me feel so OLD
).Was planning on meeting my Tiger Cubs co-leader at the gym for the Aqua Aerobics class but she never called me to confirm. Hopefully she'll call me this AM before 7:30 (I left her a message asking her to do so). Don't you just hate it when people are so inconsiderate that they can't bother to let you know if they are going to make a meeting (business or social)? It's one of my biggest pet peeves -- right up there with people who are consistently late.
Anyway . . . Hope you all have a great Memorial Day weekend (or just regular weekend depending on where you live).


I will try to be a more supportive team member in the future.
