Is anyone doing the ABS Diet?
The 12 superfoods are are foods I could eat daily.
Any info would be most helpful.
12 Superfoods to eat daily
1) Almonds and Other Nuts eaten with skins intact.
2) Beans and Other Legumes
3) Spinach and Other Green Vegetables
4) Dairy: Fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese
5) Instant Oatmeal: Unsweetened, unflavored
6) Eggs
7) Turkey and other lean meats. Lean steak, chicken, fish
8) Peanut Butter - All-natural, sugar-free.
9) Olive Oil
10) Whole-Grain Breads and Cereals
11) Extra-Protein (Whey) Powder
12) Raspberries and Other Berries
Day 2 of ABS Diet,
Just eating off the superfoods list, watching portion size and drinking plenty of water.
I planned today's meals
B. egg,canadian bacon WW english muffin with some blueberries and a V8
L. tuna and veggie salad, WW crackers
D. Chicken and black bean burrito
S. green tea, fruit, cheese stick and or SF pudding.
every meal has sprinkles of ground flax seeds.
I think I could really do this diet, better still DH is willing to give it a try too.
Day 3
Had plenty of superfoods, drank tons of water and walked and used to treadmill for the first time in ages.
I love the challenge of getting is as many superfoods as I can in daily.
Still doing great on Abs diet, challenging myself to eat as many superfoods as I can a day.
I found my new favorite food, blueberries and ground flax seeds. I put one or the other on just about every meal I have now.
I have lost 3lbs so far, don't know how to change my tracker yet, but 3lbs gone!
I have looked into this diet before, not tried eating just super foods though.

I've "done" the Abs Diet plan (I don't "do" plans exactly, just enjoy reading the popular "diet" books) and it is one of the best of the "diets" that are out there for general health and bodybuilding. Their exercise books are great also, in my opinion.
ABS diet still working, lost 4.5lbs last week!!
