Ok so today is my 2nd day on plan and im doing great this time around! Im so proud of myself! ( i know i sound like a big dork, but this is seriously abig deal for me lately, cause everytime i get back on ww, or at least say I am I hardly make it through the whole day let alone 2 so i think this time im for Im for real) Now that , thats over with ...here are todays foods:

Dinner : McD's Southwest salad w/ grilled chk, 2 packets dressing: -8
1 piece of chocolate: -2
TOTAL: -28/28 DAILY 32 FLEX LEFT!
