Daily food log/2-25-09

  • Ok so today is my 2nd day on plan and im doing great this time around! Im so proud of myself! ( i know i sound like a big dork, but this is seriously abig deal for me lately, cause everytime i get back on ww, or at least say I am I hardly make it through the whole day let alone 2 so i think this time im for Im for real) Now that , thats over with ...here are todays foods:

    B: (not necessarily a breakfast food, but what I had on hand before work
    : 100 calorie pack, choc covered pretz: -2
    LF string cheese: -1

    Lunch: turkey sub on wheat with veggies and cheese:-7
    1 cup italian pasta salad with veggies:_5

    Snack: 100 calorie pack: -2

    Snack: LF string cheese: -1

    Dinner : McD's Southwest salad w/ grilled chk, 2 packets dressing: -8

    1 piece of chocolate: -2

    TOTAL: -28/28 DAILY 32 FLEX LEFT!
  • sounds like you did good!!! that turkey sub sounds yummy! im thinking about picking up a 12inch ham sub from subway tomorrow! 1/2 for lunch the other 1/2 for dinner! and only about 6/7 points (i think.. i better make sure)!
