I feel like I already know what the responses will be for this one, but you guys have such a wealth of experience and knowledge that perhaps I will be surprised.
I've been at a plateau for two weeks after losing the first half of my goal loss rather quickly. (I swear, it's because I wrote a post about losing so quickly, I jinxed myself!) I've also... not exactly hit a motivation plateau, but I'm definitely not as eager and revved up about the weight loss plan as I was originally. I fear i'm falling into a 'I've already lost 25 pounds, maybe the rest isn't that big of a deal' sort of mindset. And it is a big deal, to me, I want to have a normal BMI and fit back into all my clothes and never ever have my mother do the inch of pinch thing on my belly again.
So my question is, have any of you ever done a 'jump start' on a diet? I've dropped a hundred calories starting Sunday (from 1500 to 1400) and I certainly don't plan on fasting or anything like that... but sort of a extremely clean eating for a week kind of thing, or serious calorie cycling, or something like that? If you have any ideas or you've done something like that before and it's worked, please send the ideas my way. Thanks!

It can help to re-motivate you and keep things moving. My advise would be to change up your exercise routine, go to the park and play, or buy one of those cheesey 80's workout videos and get to work
