I stumbled on this forum and well I am hoping it is the landmark on my map. I am 38 a mother of 3 and married 2 times (still on the second one lol) I have always been up and down in weight BUT I have never been where I am now while NOT being pregnant. I am 265 pounds. I am trying to find a starting point but TO CONVINCE my body to do what my brain says to do is a some Hurdle!
I hope to find the direction from the people who EXACTLY the road I am on as This road is a very popular one.
