  • Since the sugar grams are over the recommended amount in a serving, it isn't legally on plan. Especially since it contains brown sugar, regular sugar, and dried molasses, which are all no-nos.
  • I'd say No because of all the sugars. It's easy to make your own oatmeal pancakes. There are some recipes in the Breakfast section or you could look for others. Using a combination of rolled oats and oat flour and/or whole wheat flour would be much more nutritious too. Add some chopped fruit or different extracts and the variety is endless.
  • and its just as easy to make them from scratch as it is to use boxed mix.
  • Thanks for your help! It's going to be a while before I can eat pancakes again- I need to go back on phase 1, so I'm going to start that tomorrow!
  • Here's a PH1 pancake recipe...just in case!
  • Thanks for the link- I actual have been using a variation of that recipe that I have found on the message boards. I LOVE those pancakes! Actually, this week, I tried making the Cheesecake, so I'll be eating that for breakfast for a while!
