Everyone Weigh in 02/20/09

  • It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

    Me: 187, same as last week. Well, I thought I was keeping my eating together this week ok, and I did get back into my good exercise routine. I was really hoping this would lead to some sort of loss. *Grumble*
  • Down to 160 from 161.5 last week. I think it would be a little less if it wasn't for the TOM.

    ETA: I re-weighed in on Saturday am and I'm actually just under 159. It was water weight. Going to change my weigh-in day to Saturdays.
  • i'm going to say 157 since it kept fluctuating from just under to just over that weight
  • Down two pounds, same two pounds lost before, but went on a two week vacation and gained them back. Two more until my 170s again and never, ever again to 180s.
  • Hi, I'm new here.

    Today was my weigh in day and I weigh 162. I'm down 2 lbs!

    I tossed my home scale for the gym's and now if I want to check my progress I 've gotta go
  • 207 down one more pound!
  • 250.2 I was 256 on Feb 8th
  • 129.6! and have been for 2 days! i wont believe it till it sticks till Monday lol
  • I am down 1.2 lbs. from last Saturday. I am content with that.

  • Up one on Friday. Dang-it! Been working hard since D-day. (chocolate stupid attack on Wednesday!) Took all the kids Valentines candy to church today (with their blessings) to unload it. Win-win!
