Two points a serving
Hi Michelle!
Here's how I'd call it:
5 whole eggs at 2 pts each = 10
3 egg whites = 0 because each serving gets less than 1/2 an egg white
(I'm sure some will differ on this, as 3 egg whites is technically 1 pt.)
cinnamon =0
vanilla =0
8 slices of diet bread healthy life sourgough bread = 4, but check the label; most lite breads are 2 for 1 pt.
Total for 8 servings = 14, which is 2 points each serving. (Since it's over 1 and 1/2, you'd round up. Or if you want, you could add 2 points (distributed among 8 servings) of lowfat or nonfat sugar-free syrup to make it exactly 2 each! Our favorite is Log Cabin Sugar Free Low Calorie Syrup, and it would take 3/4 cup to make two points' worth.

Thanks for the info.
I am kind of new to WW and it is overwhelming to figure all this up . I also enjoy the Log Cabin syrup too.
Thanks,
Michelle
how I make french toast
Two servings..
4 slices natural ovens bread 2pts
1 egg... 2 pts
1/4 cup egg whites 0 pts
cinnamon 0 pts
1/4 cup of milk 1/2 pt
total 4.5 pts for 2..
I add 1 T of honey butter for each serving (2 slices) - this is soooo good! 1 pt
add no sugar
I also add vermont sugar free syrup.. (or any other sugar free syrup)1/4 cup is only 10 calories - it's 0 points! and it really takes good!
total 3 pts per serving.. and it is so filling.. you will last till lunch
add some fruit - I like cantaloupe (you get 100% of v A & C in a serving)
Amazing 4 pt breakfast!!!
