Ok! Now I have finally started just everything I had planned to do since the beginning of 2009!!! I have created this acct a while back but never did anything with it! So I start my journey; I have been trying to lose weight since I can remember..I am 22 just had a baby about 11 months ago. In addition to him being a blessing he has allowed to lose sooo much weight. So weight wise I am smaller than I was before I got pregnant, but not really by that much!!
In the last week I have been calorie counting and I started to go to the gym again yesterday. Last friday I weighed in at 231lbs and today I weighed in at 224.2lbs!! (losing 1 pound is a big deal for me!!!
) oh yeah I'm 5'5"!!Back to my introduction, I am really hoping that the people on 3fc can really help and motivate me into getting to my goal weight (which is like 150-160lbs) also, if anyone has any suggestions or pointers to help me out along the way I am all ears and ready to take anything! The goal pix are amazing on here and I hope one day I can post a before and after pic of myself!

That's great that you're making it to the gym. What kinds of exercises do you like to do?
I'm from MA too (Cape Cod). Are you following any particular diet program? There is a TON of info on here about so many different weight loss methods if you haven't.
