Ok so the scale is finally moving! I do this workout with singing called CARDIOKE! It was made by billy blanks son (billy blanks jr). I look so much better. And I actually stay motivated. Seriously you should try it. If you have the internet go to exercise and go to cardio calorie burner till march 3rd or something. Or you can just buy it at EXERCISETV.TV! Try it I know you will love it. I do this and gilad and I am starting to see some real results.

I saw that workout on my ondemand and tried it. Alas, not coordinated enough but sure looked fun!

That looks like a lot of fun. Do they ever work the routines around oldies songs that people know the lyrics to? That would be a blast.

I wish I wasn't so crippled...I'd really love to be able to do exercise dvd's like this.

and yes some if not most of the songs are older.
