Thank you all for being nice and weclomig me..I feel right at home here and know I can ask any questions I come across..Here is one..Do they ever give coupons at the meeting for maybe items you would buy at weight watchers or food coupouns? And also should I invest in the restauran guide and the big food companion..They sell it together for I think 17.00 and both come in a at bag to hold your stuff in..

Welcome aboard! Personally, I think the food companion and restaurant guide are great to have especially if you are new to program. The pouch they come in is great to keep all your materials together in one place.

As far as coupons, yeah, sometimes they have some coupons available, but not always.
