Hi Ladies. So here I am again, givin' it another shot. I don't know why I say this time will work, but here I go anyways.
I can eat perfectly fine all day, but once bedtime hits, I'm ready to raid the junk cupboard. And once I do that, it's game over for me.
So if anyone has any strategies to help me get past the nighttime cravings, I am totally open to suggestions. However, getting rid of the junk cupboard is not an option as it is for DH, because eating junk in bed is also his favorite thing to do.
