  • Thought I'd start this week's thread! Brown rice pasta and sauce with side salad for us tonight as I took NOTHING out of the freezer, oooppss!
  • Steak on the grill with a salad.
  • Blackened Chicken with green beans almondine and a salad
  • It's yoga night so a little of this and a little of that for me. I made a pot of mung bean dal and some homemade seitan. I'll have the dal before class and the seitan with stir fried veggies after. (spell check does not recognize ethnic and veggie foods!)
  • tonight I believe will be a piece of leftover "'spaghetti Pie" and roasted green beans & maybe brocoli. Then sf jello for snack afterward.
  • grilled chicken breast, potatoes for the family,couscous,broccoli,and mushrooms for me. SF jello with cool whip topping for dessert.
  • Meatloaf with Ground Turkey, oatmeal, and diced tomatoes.

    Veggie Barley for the side.
  • Beef and veggie stir fry with brown rice; side salad
  • Stuffed peppers with ground turkey, black beans and RF provolone cheese.
  • Company Dinner:
    - hummus with veggies (crackers for my guest)
    - Salsa Chicken - again but new to her
    - brown rice and mushroom pilaf
    - green veggie - depends on what's available
    - broccoli and cauliflower salad
    - SF ice cream with chopped oranges and some banana liqueur
    I must admit there will be wine too!
  • crockpot o' chili!!
  • Last night was black bean soup and whole wheat rolls. Not sure about tonight yet.
  • Last night was chicken stroganoff with ww egg noodles (it was so nice to have a homecooked meal again) and tonight we're having black bean soup with rosemary sourdough bread.
  • I am making a beef and broccoli stir fry tonight.
  • Chili!!!
    We had it last night for dinner, and have leftovers.
    I accidently changed my chili recipe up and have loved it.
    instead of tomato sauce/paste, i've been using rotel. delicious!
