Thank God...I am healthy and no issues so wonder if I really need to lose the 10. I am almost 41 (within a couple weeks) so what do you think? I have just recently tried the South Beach way of eating but actually, I eat pretty dang closely to what is on the diet. I ordered the latest book and the recipe book as well. The low carb thing, well, I think you just gain it back. I can have just 20 there and WW, just 18 points. So, I am thinking just go back to the 1200 calorie a day and workout more???
