    I'm an occasional vegetarian and these recipes are really adventurous, tasty - and cheap, for when I'm saving up for some non-food treats!

    http://www.101cookbooks.com/ - they aren't necessarily low calorie, but she has some great ideas and beautiful pictures.

    www.fatfree.com is pretty good, not all vegan but its all vegetarian.
