Hi Everyone (again!)

  • I've been a member for this site for a few years now, but haven't signed in for almost a year!

    I reached my highest weight of 290 at the end of '06/beginning of '07. I ended 2007 with about a 10 lb weight loss, and really began working at it in 2008. I was looking toward my wedding in July, and it really motivated me. I was around 250 when we were married, and then after that lost all of my motivation. I've gained a few lbs back, and then lost them again, but cant seem to get past 250.

    I was down again, to 250 a couple of weeks ago, and then added exercise back in, and gained 6 lbs! Its frustrating! So back up to 256.

    Anyway, I'm looking forward to becoming active here again, and getting my motivation back!!

  • Hiya Lizzy. Congratulations on your maintenance for the last 6 months. That's pretty impressive especially being a newlywed and surviving the holidays and all. (With only a 6 pound difference!) That in itself speaks volumes about your determination. Time to get back into the groove to lose. It will be fun. (It really IS fun! )

  • Thanks! I had a goal of working out everyday on my long 4 day weekend, and I did I feel really good, and I had forgotten how well working out makes me feel.

    I'm glad to be back here, and glad to be back on track
