Hi Everyone,
My name is Karen and as you can already tell I live in Maryland. My starting weight was 260. I started living healthier on Monday, February 2,2009. I began by cutting out all soda. I used to be a Coca-Cola junkie but now I only drink water w/lemon slices. I am also sticking to a 1500 calorie diet. Most days I eat less. I am also using the Wii Fit for an hour each day. My goal this week is to buy the Biggest Loser DVD's.
I would love new recipes to try and any snack ideas anyone has. So far I have been trying to stick with 100 calorie snacks.
