Me: 187, up half a pound from last week. Which is better than I thought it was going to be, since I was up more all this week. And I've been putting off exercising as well. I need to get with the program!

It might be water weight from the salty (though cheese-free) pizza for dinner last night.
Good motivation to stick with it
