I have recently switched tracking my calories from FitDay to the Daily Plate. One thing I have noticed with the Daily Plate is that it doesn't break down the fat you log into saturated and unsaturated. Does anybody know why? This seems like a fairly basic thing...
Also, having used both programs, I can now say that neither is ideal -- they both have their good points and flaws. I think I will stick with the Daily Plate for now... I really like the "net calorie" feature. But I think my ideal calorie counting program would combine the best features of both FitDay and the Daily Plate.
