I've been on weightwatchers for a month (from yesterday) and as a 'treat' for all the work I'd done, I decided to get a chinese takeaway for dinner - which I ate a lot of... plus cake (again, a lot of!)

My question is, what would you do/should I do in this situation (as I ate on the day of my weigh in so I technically have a week to change the effects of my bad eating!):
- Would you ignore it and just eat the same points as you have been doing each day until the next weigh in?
- Would you penalise your other days and eat less points?
- Would you do more activity and not use up your activity points?
I'm thinking I should do more activity and not use up my activity points.. but I'm not sure.
