Hello AGAIN everyone~I Am so excited to share my before Pic along with my after pic
I am a calorie counter ~I eat 1400 calories approx a day~ I am a Stay at home house wife .That does normal chores & I walk 45 minutes 2X's A day indoors at normal pace ~(although I use to not walk at all outside of my normal routine). then I started out with 20 minutes 3X a day and recently upped it to where I am at. I started out in size 20's But needed a 22 because i could bearly fit in them. I am now in a size 18 but need a 17jr because they getting loose and 16 are way to tight~But I am a poor Chunky gal So I gotta make do! Anyways, I Thought I would share my progress pics ~I was going to share pics at certain amounts of lbs lost but thought I could see such a difference AGAIN already so HERE THEY ARE.
1st picture in brown top~Weighed in at 259.9 (sorry this is only start pic I have So you can't see the difference in my lower body.)
2nd picture in green top~Weighing in at 226.2
(I have also posted before & after pics of when I lost 22.9 Lbs also ~There also under mini goal photos~if you wanna look & can find them~same before pic though.)
Total of 33.7 lbs lost so far In 3 months!!!! YIPPIE

thanks JADE~You know when I first got my ticker I was at 13lbs lost like you have on yours at moment~ I was SO proud of that number And will always be! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK & EVERYONE ELSE TOO!

I have synesthesia, which means all my numbers/letters are colored, along with alot of other things. 3 is green to me. So you have 3 kids, lost 33 pounds, and are wearing a green shirt in your 'after' picture. How cool! lol!

wow! what a difference! you can REALLY tell!!!! your looking MUCH slimmer! I love that brown shirt you were wearing in that first pic! I bet it's way baggy on you now!

Wow! Amazing stats considering it has only been 3 months! Although 33.7 is awesome, you actually look like you've lost more than that. Keep up the good work!
