    1 small nectarine
    1 pkg. instant oatmeal
    1 s. toast (lt.wheat) with pat of lite butter.
    coffee

    Lunch

    1 sandwich (2 s. lite wheat bread, 2 oz. ham, lite mayo, lettuce, tomato)
    1 cup vegetable beef soup
    water

    afternoon snack
    1&1/2 graham crackers

    Dinner

    1/4 cantalope
    Large plate of stir-fry vegetables
    3-4 ounces chicken breast
    sliced tomato
    water

    Breakfast

    1 nectarine
    3/4 C. cheerios
    1/2 milk
    1 slice diet bread with 1 tsp. sugar free jelly
    coffee

    Lunch

    1 egg salad sandwich (2 s. lite wheat bread, 1 egg, 2 tsp. lite mayo)
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1 1/2 graham crackers

    Afternoon snack

    1 large slice of a small round watermelon

    Dinner

    Baked Cod fish (about 4-5 ounces)
    1 small baked potato with small amt of lite butter
    1 tossed salad with fat-free dressing
    2 tbsp. corn

    8 glasses of water today.

    1 banana
    several ritz crackers

    Lunch

    1 toasted cheese sandwich (2 s. diet bread, 1 s. cheese, lite mayo, tomatoes)
    1 cup vegetable beef soup
    1 nectarine
    water

    Snack

    1 graham cracker
    1 cup of tea

    Dinner

    1 cup of spaghetti with meat sauce
    Large salad with fat free dressing
    1 cookie (70 calories)
    water
