Even if they aren't "healthy living" you can tweak the recipe and make it that way!

I love hungry girl. I've been faithful to her blog for awhile now. Some of my favorites are the faux fried onion rings and baked eggplant parm. She recently came out with a book, I haven't bough it yet but you can also find a lot of her recipes from the book if you google search "hungry girl [insert recipe title]"
