I need some opinions:
In the past week I have decided that tea is the answer to all my problems! Well not really but it has become the most effective way for me to cease all the mindless snacking I do at night especially. Also I find during work, it keeps hunger at bay.
I am wondering is there such a thing as too much tea? I try to keep the tea's with caffeine to a minimum, I drink 2 green teas in the morning and generally only herbal teas after that. I something have one cup of orange pekoe as well which I know has caffeine. I guess I am wondering because I have heard tea is a diruetic and I was wondering if drinking a lot of tea is going to dehydrate me??


load of tea to get a noticable diuretic effect from it? Dunno how accurate that is. As an Englishwoman i say there is no such thing as too much tea
