I disagree. I actually think it's good. But we are all different. I think weighing is a great way to stay in tune with your body. I also think it's a great way to keep your goals in sight and to be aware that everything you put (& don't put) in your mouth has consequence, both good and bad. I have to learned to recognize those fluctuations and deal with them.
Mug, you're doing great. Keep on going. Just keep at it.
Sticking with your plan will result in weight loss. Although it's not always steady.
