FOOD JOURNALS - ANY PLAN - WEEK OF 5/20 thru 5/26

  • New week and a new day! Please understand ~~ this is to help us record our daily food intake. Every morsel. For some it helps us feel more accountable-for others it just helps record carbs/calories! I hope that everyone will jump in !

    Monday - 5/20/02

    B-3 black decaf // hb egg / 1 cheese
    L-1 grilled chicken breast / small salad
    D-pot roast / carrots / large salad

    1 glass wine

    10 -16 oz water // 1 diet pepsi

    Any one else?

  • Monday:
    B-3 HB eggs and 2 strips/bacon
    snack: 3 celery sticks w/cream cheese
    L-salad w/tuna, onion and celery
    sugar free jello
    D-sea trout (lemon pepper) broccoli, 1/3 cup rice a roni (leftovers, had to kill it)
    dessert-1/3 cup sugar free fruit compote, 2 tbsp frozen cool whip
    total: 22.5gms/carbs

    Tuesday:
    B-3 egg omlet w/sauteed mushrooms, onions and provole cheese
    Snack: sf jello
    lunch-2 HB eggs, 2 strips bacon, broccoli
    snack-3 slices swiss cheese
    dinner-taco salad OR burritos if i can find the damned low carb tortillas.
  • Tuesday
    B-3 black decaf // 3 cheesy links
    L-protein shake
    D-? We have a big deal at the ice house tonight and I have to be there early SO I'm probably looking at chef salad w/ham.

    Water - at least 10 (16) oz glasses

    I forgot to calculate last weeks cals/carbs. I'll try to find time to do that sometime today!

    OP Day #10 - I hope! lol

    WOW! Look at all this fat!

    Breakfast
    1 slice bacon 2 hb eggs 2 coffee

    Lunch
    1 fried chicken breast, few cucumber slices, 1 tbsp. dressing

    Supper
    2 cups romain lettuce, cucumbers, 2 tbsp. dressing, 1 polish sausage link

    Snacks
    couple ounces cheese, 6 pork rinds, 1 Fresca

    Water
    96 ounces and counting YAY!!!!!!!!

    Calories: 1689
    Carbs: 14 or 3%
    Protein: 125 or 30%
    Fat: 124 or 67%

    Could you girls tell me what's so high in fat? Besides cutting out fried chicken I can't decide????????????
